Shield Mare

I recently started playing a new pen and paper game, this game is built on pathfinder's rules and corebooks but with the help of their "Ponyfinder" as well. Yes, you heard it right. Ponyfinder.

I am not a big MlP fan, I was when I was a kid but I haven't watched it since then, that however, doesn't mean that I recent the fandom or recent the series for what it is, so when my friends came and said they needed another player and if I'd be interested I though "eh, why not." It might all be MlP based, and my character does worship The Sun Queen. (cause obviously they'd get copyrighted if they used the original names.) 

Shield Mare is an Inquisitor 'trainee', (we started out at lvl 2) and she's a bad ass one. Through her life she's been through a lot, she was born in the middle-class but saw little of her parents and as she grew older she got into various kinds of criminal activities that came to an abrupt end when she accidentally buned a house down with people inside. She then ran for her life but was soon captured and imprisoned, and because she was still very young the punishment for her actions were imprisonment and torture but not death. They tortured her for many days, what seemed like years and during her punishment and time inside she had time to think and regret everything she'd done, and as she sat there she decided to repent. She wanted to make amends and hunt people like herself, and once her desire for this had grown great enough, conveniently right before the day of her release, the Sun Queen visited her in a dream and spoke to her. When Shield Mare woke up that morning she knew exactly what she needed to do and once released she went straight to the Sun Temple, there she spoke to the high priestess of the faith who recognized the determination in her eyes and introduced her to Inquisitor, the stallion running the inquisitor organization and she signed up right away.

Since then she's been doing missions for the faith, dedicating herself to her work and her newly found faith.


Shield Mare is a very loyal unicorn, but she is also feisty. Though she doesn't lack the skills to use diplomacy she rather relies on her skill to intimidate, after all.. it's better to make the enemy pee his pants than make him think he has a chance.
Her imprisonment and torture has however scared her body but also her mind, and she is afraid of closed tight spaces and very paranoid about anyone touching her stuff. She's currently travelling with two other ponies, but only because she's believing them part of a bigger illegal scheme and it was easier bringing them along to keep an eye on them. 

Anyway, I attempted to do the MLP style, but it's a new style for me so I aint that good I am still proud of this one though!
